Customer Reviews
Good plate, slower shipping
I ordered a Custom Sized Kick Plate in Brass for my front door. The quality of the plate itself is really solid; it felt substantial and the finish was exactly what I expected from the pictures. Installation was straightforward with the screw mount option. My only minor issue was the shipping time. It took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated from the lead time on the site, which was a small inconvenience as I had contractors lined up. Customer service did respond quickly when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful. Overall, a good product and decent value, but be prepared for potential shipping variations.
Good value for a custom piece
I was looking for an Embossed Door Kick Plate and found Deck The Door Decor during a seasonal sale. I snagged a 10% off deal which made the purchase feel much better, since custom items can get pricey. The plate itself is really well made, and I thought the price, especially with the discount, was fair for what I got. Shipping was pretty standard, arrived when they said it would. Overall, it felt like a smart purchase and definitely worth the money I spent.
Great value on first purchase
I was looking for a Monogrammed Door Kick Plate and found Deck The Door Decor. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount, which made the price very attractive compared to other sites I checked. The plate arrived well-packaged and the monogramming was perfect. I was a bit worried about the cost of custom items, but with the discount, it felt like a really good deal for the quality. It definitely added a touch of class to my entrance. Worth the money, especially if you can catch a promotional offer like I did.
Solid Dog Scratch Guard
Got a Pet Scratch Guard. It works. Easy to attach. No more dog scratches. Happy with the purchase.
Always reliable, great quality
This was my third order from Deck The Door Decor, a Custom Sized Kick Plate this time. Just like the Brass Door Kick Plate I got last year and the Engraved Address Kick Plate before that, the quality was spot on. Everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. It's nice knowing I can count on them for my hardware needs. The consistency keeps me coming back, honestly.
Obsessed with my new plate!
I just got my Monogrammed Door Kick Plate and I absolutely love it! It adds so much character to my entryway, way more than I expected. The engraving is super crisp and the material feels really sturdy. I honestly can't stop looking at it. I already told my sister about them, she's redoing her porch soon. I will for sure be shopping here again for future home projects!
Solid plate, fast shipping
Ordered a Black Kick Plate. Arrived quickly. Product is sturdy. Easy to install. No issues.
Turned out pretty good
I ordered a Pet Scratch Guard for my back door, because my dog is a menace. It came looking just like the pictures on their site, which was cool. Installation was pretty straightforward, even for me, just used the adhesive option. It's been up for a couple weeks now and seems to be holding up well against the dog's claws. So far, so good. It did the job.
Detailed custom kick plate review
I purchased an Engraved Address Kick Plate with an Adhesive Kick Plate mounting option for my home. The ordering process on the website was quite clear, letting me input my address and choose the font style. I received an email confirmation shortly after, which was reassuring. The lead time for custom engraved items was stated as 7-10 business days, and it actually shipped on the 9th day, arriving two days earlier than the tracking initially predicted. The packaging was robust; the plate came protected in foam and a sturdy box, preventing any damage during transit. The engraving itself was sharp and precise, matching the preview I saw online. Applying it was simple enough; I cleaned the door surface thoroughly as instructed, peeled the backing, and pressed firmly. It's been up for a few weeks now through varying weather, and it feels very secure. I also liked that they included clear instructions for care. Overall, a smooth experience from start to finish, and the product quality is high.
